Forgot my password
One of the biggest security flaws for normal email accounts is the password reset process. Easily guessed security questions compromise accounts. SMS or Automated phone calls can cause your email to be compromised if your phone is misplaced. Secondary Emails sometimes used for password resets sent to Non-Secure Email addresses risk exposing un-secure access to your secure Safe-Script account.
In order to avoid hackers having unauthorized access to your account, we have disposed of the password reset process. We designed Safe-Script this way as an added safeguard against unauthorized access to your email.
This improves the security of Safe-Script, but has an unfortunate consequence: Your passphrase is unrecoverable if you have lost it.
Free users have the ability to reset passwords but old messages that were received from companies/professionals will be erased and will have to be sent out again.
Paying customers can transfer your subscription to another account at no charge. Any data that you stored in your old account will be inaccessible.
If are paying for a Safe-Script subscription, we’ll transfer your subscription to another account free of charge.
If your passphrase is saved in your web browser and automatically filled in on our sign-in page, most web browsers now offer the ability to view and retrieve saved credentials. Instructions for major web browsers can be found below:
